Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
“Consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that
are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,
who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dreisvogt, Schlürmann & Weinrich GbR

decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by
post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is
not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the
right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a
different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue
delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice
of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original
transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees
for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have
provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than
fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal of this contract. The
deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to
handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and
functioning.
