Purchasing, Shipping & Returns
1. What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are not included in the listed sales prices.
2. From where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from Germany. Delivery times vary based on the destination country and local customs procedures.
3. Are shipping costs included in the price?

4. Do I have a right to withdraw from my purchase?
Yes. Customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. You must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) of your decision.
5. How do I return my item?

You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and secure packaging.
